Review : Helps a bit, dont expect miracles
I used these to modify my heatsink in my laptop. As long as you clean the area well, they should stick well. Don't expect to be able to just stick these on and have lower temps. there needs to be air passing over them to draw the heat off the fins. I have my notebook sitting on top of a notebook cooler so these do help knock ~3C at idle and ~6C under load. Nothing huge, but everything helps when it comes to lowering temps..
